Seeing The Future Conclusion: So What Does It Mean?

Is it really telling the future? Depends on your view of how the universe works. If you believe that your destiny was predetermined before birth, then a person who can tune into that information would easily be able to predict your future. Most people don't believe that events are 100% predetermined, though. Most would agree that any predictions made are based on actions and choices you are currently making. If you like the prediction being made, keep doing what you're doing now. If you don't like what's being predicted, you can probable change the outcome by making some life changes.

I prefer to think of divination not as telling the future, but as telling the present. Sometimes we become so wrapped up in a situation that we can no longer see clearly; we can't see the forest for the trees. Most of the time we can't even tell when this is happening. Divination is a way of using the universe, the deities, the psyche, simply to let us know if we're on the right track or not, and if not, how to find our way back. The subject isn't necessarily told anything they didn't already know. And that's the way it should be. And lest you question why you would pay someone to tell you what you already know, let me point out that this is exactly what therapists do.

In the end, it doesn't really matter which form of divination your reader uses, or even which reader you visit as long as you trust their abilities. What matters is that you understand what you want to get out of the session before going into it. Why do you want answers to the questions you're asking, and where do you think the answers are coming from? Ask your reader how they operate; not just what tools they use but how they get the information. A skilled professional will be more than happy to explain their methods.

And if you're disappointed about not truly having your fortune told, keep in mind that the beauty of life is in its mystery.
